12 21 08 Try to remember a few of the “Christmas Commandments” (author unknown): *Thou shalt remember to keep Christ in Christmas. *Thou shalt pause to consider the greatness of God’s gift of his Son to the world.*Thou shalt make room for Christ in thy heart. *Thou shalt enjoy the Christmas music which exalts the lord Jesus Christ. *Thou shalt remember all those who serve thee: the sales clerks, the mail carriers, and all who bear an extra burden during the holidays.*Thou shalt teach the children & others the true meaning of Christmas. Have a Blessed Holiday.
* Thought: What can I remove from my life to prepare the way for Christ’s coming?

To help avoid the “Holiday Blues” if there has been some form of loss in our lives or we have the need to reduce increased stress, at this time of year, consider creating new rituals. Think about which rituals gave the most peace & joy in the past and what has made increased demands of time & energy. Look at how your expectations & those of others enter into the picture. Then decide what will feel “right” to you this holiday. Include others in the decisions and do not be afraid to make changes.
* Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.” Ephesians 6:24 |

Some people are allergic to synthetic fabrics causing severe itching, rashes and feeling uncomfortable wearing materials like, acrylic, elastic, & polyester. Such fabrics tend to trap moisture can add to irritation of the skin. Sometimes, trying a mild detergent made for sensitive skin may help the problem. Seeing a dermatologist for testing and medication may be the next step when dealing with fabric allergies. Also wearing fabrics made from natural fibers like cashmere, cotton, linen or silk may be the answer. If elastic is unavoidable manufactures of clothing may cover it with cotton to avoid the direct contact with skin.
*”Sensible words are better than gold or jewels.” Proverbs 20:15
